About Us

Serendipity House, founded by Lyman Coleman in 1962, is a pioneer in the development of small-group resources. It's our passion to foster authentic Christian community, interactive Bible discovery, and dramatic life change. To propel these passions into reality, Serendipity House is committed to provide cutting-edge resources and training opportunities for various types of relational small groups. We help churches and small groups make the most of our products and resources with live seminars, consultation, training experiences, and Internet support. We combine effective, small-group dynamics with solid Bible study to connect people to God and to each other, regardless of where they are in their spiritual journeys. Every time a small group gathers together, we believe "serendipitous" experiences should be the norm, not the exception; and redemptive community should be a reality, not just an idea.
